Our Approach
Every pet is unique. We’re always patient and understanding with your pets individual needs and comfort level, while providing the most soothing and safe environment possible to ensure you and your furry one’s expectations are met.
First Timers
You can teach an old dog new tricks. Consistency and patience are key to helping your pet get used to grooming. Our process for “first-timers” may start with shorter grooming sessions then gradually increase the duration as your pet becomes more comfortable. If your pet responds well to the process and environment then we’re ready to groom!
Pets with Special Needs
When it comes to grooming pets with special needs, we may include various supportive equipment options to help ensure their comfort and safety during our grooming process. Equipment such as non-slip mats, supportive harnesses and grooming tools with safety features are always on hand. We’ll do everything possible to ensure your pets safety and comfort so please communicate any needs or expectations.
Requirements
We require your pet be up-to-date on all vaccinations. For your pups, current records should include rabies, distemper, parvovirus and Bordetella.
We tailor the grooming session to your pet’s individual needs. Please communicate any specific grooming needs or health concerns. Please disclose any behavioral issues (we don’t judge), current medications, injuries and medical conditions. If your pet is sensitive to having any areas groomed, please let us know so we can help them adapt.
